Excellent help by Harrison, who held a Nevada softshell jacket for me - the Frisco store had called ahead as they were out of my size and preferred color. Highly recommend both the Plano and Frisco stores.

First time going into this store! My veteran boyfriend had been wanting to make a visit, and it did not disappoint. The store was clean and very organized. Harrison was super attentive since we walked in. I came out with three pieces and will definitely be back, their leggings and sports bras are incredible material.

The 5.11 Tactical store in Plano is hands-down the best in town! From the moment you walk in, you can tell this team takes pride in what they do. The store is well-organized, stocked with the highest-quality gear, and always buzzing with energy. Whether you’re looking for tactical apparel, equipment, or just expert advice, this is the place to be. A huge shoutout to the manager, who goes above and beyond to ensure every customer feels welcome and taken care of. Their hard work and leadership truly shine through, especially during the incredible events they organize. These events not only showcase their amazing gear but also foster a sense of community that’s rare to find. While their other store in town is fantastic as well, the Plano location has a special vibe that keeps me coming back. Whether you’re a first responder, outdoors enthusiast, or just appreciate high-quality products, you can’t go wrong here. Highly recommend checking them out—you’ll walk out with gear you love and an appreciation for the outstanding service!

I've been very pleased with 5.11. I have always found the employees to be very knowledgeable and friendly. The products are very good. I regularly have to put my pants through tough environments for tears and stains and they have always been worth the price. I can not recommend them highly enough.

My son and I visited 5.11 to get him ready for his EMT course. We were looking for boots and EMS pants, and we were really impressed with the selection. The store was very clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what we needed. The gentleman who helped us was incredibly attentive and helpful, ensuring we found the right gear for his training. Great experience and excellent customer service!
